Over priced and fabricated listing

Had a horrible experience at this listing. We visited with family and paid over 6k for a fun filled 4th of July weekend but ended up regretting it. Attached pictures shows the house was filthy dirty from spider webs to disgusting molded kitchen and fabricated listing pictures which is not true.Roof was leaking and help was never sent. We had to keep up cleaning the house to avoid their damages. AC kept going out and again not fixed.We paid high price for the pool and at night it was pitch dark and no lights were provided or turn on for us to use it!!!! Backyard door was broken which opens to street and connects pool. BIG HAZARD FOR LEAVING KIDS IN THE POOL. All the pictures were provided to VRBO customer service same day and they did not take any action against the host !! Disappointed

Our stay was fantastic. We had 10 adults and 4 kids in our group with plenty of room for everyone. Hosts were very communicative before and answered all my questions in a timely manner. House is conveniently located 20 minutes from downtown Austin and super easy to get to & from all the city has to offer. The pool and hot tub were great, we spent most of our time in the water and enjoying the outdoor area.

Hmmm!

Disappointed in the actual property vs what was advertised. Issues w the backyard and how unkept stuff was. Broken glass on patio and stains on carpet. I had to clean the outside mini fridge prior to using and everything had to be cleaned up and wiped off. The host had an excuse for everything. Initial issues w the hot tub. Someone did come out the next afternoon. Doorknobs loose, handle on freezer drawer was loose. My handy husband fixed all of them. The body wash dispensers only had enough for 2 days of showers. Outside cushions were a joke. Absolutely no support. Outdoor furniture worn and ratty looking. Batteries needed in thermostat. It took longer the necessary to get them, then decided why should we change them. They could have done it.Went to use the vacuum we found in the garage and it was disgusting! Used the smaller hand held one and it was really no better. Not impressed w the host. Everything I mentioned she had an excuse for. She said she gave me her cell number but still felt like we should not have had to contact her regarding numerous issues. If the house had been cleaned and things appropriately checked we would not have needed to communicate w her. We were on vacation and contacting her for everything that should have been taken care of was not on my agenda. I was on vacation! Lots of possibility w this property they just need someone to show some ownership and pride in the property. We have never had an experience like this. Think twice!!

Family Memorial in Texas

The home is large and spacious with many rooms and bathrooms as listed. We had my wife and I with our three adult sons and my brother, his wife and daughter. We had plenty of room. The pool and hot tub are a bonus. Great location for our needs and easy trip to downtown Austin. Our event was my Mom's memorial/funeral near the home and the hostess was very accommodating to our needs and receptive to requests at the home. I would recommend the property and especially for families or large groups.

Welcoming home in the outskirts of Austin

We spent Christmas on this property. The house is ideally located for daily excursions to downtown Austin and its surroundings and also for day trips to San Antonio. Our family had a great time sharing the open floor plan of the house and enjoying the different amenities.

Awesome place to stay!

This property has everything we needed as a group of friends getting away for the weekend. Inside of the house had more than enough bedrooms and places to sleep, very clean, and enough space to roam. Backyard was perfect with the combination of lounging outside with a tv in the shade, pool was perfect and refreshing and turf allowed us to walk around outside. Oh, and having the gas station/market 50 yards away was a nice bonus! Overall awesome stay!

Super Fun 4th of July Weekend For A Family of 20!

Such an amazing and fun stay for our entire family! The pool was definitely the main reason we chose this property and it did NOT disappoint. At one point we had nine adults and four children in the pool and there was still room for more. We had s’mores pool side on the fire pit and grilled steaks on the pellet grill. The kitchen was well stocked to cook three meals a day with plenty of room for all to sit and enjoy them. The bedrooms were roomy and the beds were comfy! We had only one request for management and it was taken care of immediately. Would totally stay here again and would definitely recommend you and your family to stay here.

Family weekend celebration

This was a 3-night stay for our group of 20 family members, ranging in age from 2 to 75 (10 adults and 10 children). The property had sufficient space, rooms, furnishings, and amenities to keep everyone comfortable and entertained. We especially enjoyed use of the swimming pool, spa, and pool table. The electric grill worked well for preparation of 2 evening meals.

Bachelor Party Stay

We had a great stay at the house for a bachelor party. The location is nice; it's not far from Austin downtown, but there's also plenty to do around the house area as well. The house was amazing, we had a great time spending an evening in as well. Highly recommend!

Spacious house

The property was exactly as listed, and was a great space for 8 adults to all have their own sleeping spaces. The beds were super comfortable, and the house was stocked with plenty of towels and extras. Besides some scratches and stains on the walls from previous parties, the house was very clean. I especially liked that there was plenty of trash bags, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, etc. for the whole stay. Having the hot tub available every night was definitely a hit for the whole group. The hosts were very responsive for any issues we had, and were able to resolve them immediately. I would definitely recommend this house for large groups of people to stay in.

The house, and property are maintained well. Minor things wrong but typical of a rental property. Probably could use a deep clean. House looks and feels very updated with lots of space to hang out. Extra cost to heat the jacuzzi or pool during the day. Overalll I would rate this property 4.5 stars

Pictures Represented Everything Perfectly

Our stay at this home was gorgeous and fit perfectly for our large adult only group. The photos were a perfect representation of the home. The bedrooms are a great size and all the bathrooms were amazing. The fact that we had plenty of at the dining table was a bonus in addition to having several lounge spaces throughout the home. My only feedback would be add a nightstand or table in the room with the bunk beds and in between the two chairs at the stairs. The hot tub was everything during our stay in the winter and the lights in the pool along with the fountains were great. They had everything we needed for our stay including nice dishes, flatware, and accessories in the kitchen.

Spacious Home, Amazing Backyard

The hosts were very attentive and easy to communicate with. Photos and description are as described. Highly recommend for anyone with a larger group. Backyard is great for social gatherings. Great home and hosts!

Amazing stay for my retreat!!

The was the PERFECT property to host my recent women’s retreat. Not only were the hosts extremely accommodating with the last minute booking but they were very communicative all the way to checkin (and throughout the stay) The pics of the house were amazing but it’s nothing like being there in person. It was beyond clean and spacious...which was important due to having so many ladies in one home. And they beds were so comfy!! We had a photoshoot at the home and they really gave our photos such a high-end look! Def would recommend!!

Absolutely fantastic property!!!

10/10!!! I would recommend this property for any large group gathering or family vacation. From booking to check out, everything we needed was effortlessly available to us and communication with Chelsie and Brian was flawless. The backyard is so private and seclude, it feels like your very own private resort! Beautiful finishes and attention to details all throughout the home. Spring break

A beautiful property with minimalist accents. Every corner and space was well utilized. The beds are so relaxing once you get on to it you immediately fall asleep. The kitchen was gorgeous cos we were cooking every day however very tiny microwave, didn't work.well for us given trying to feed 10 children. The pool and hot tub was always inviting. Did not appreciate the thermostat restrictions because the weather was flunctuating. The common areas were very spacious. I will definitely stay here again. Loved it.
