As a guest, you'll delight in the outdoor pool, where you can soak up the sun and cool off on warm days. Cozy up by the fireplace in the living room on chilly evenings, or indulge in a movie night with fast WiFi streaming. The kitchen is fully loaded with high-end pots and pans, knives, cutting boards, coffee makers (drip and Keurig) and pretty much anything you'd possibly need or want to prepare your meals. Just bring the groceries.

Note that to get the best view, this property has a steep and narrow driveway down to the front door and to the garages that is not ideal to navigate, especially for full-size vehicles. We have street parking for 4 vehicles and guests must park in front of our house, not the neighbors. There is also an adjoining lot we own, suitable for 4x4 parking.

Strictly no parties, maximum of 10 adults at all times, 14 total maximum. No smoking inside, dispose of all trash. No more than 4 vehicles allowed at the property at all times. Age verification through government issued identification required.

There are many parks with lake access, boat ramps, tennis courts, basketball, etc. Guest passes are required and are provided at guest's request free of charge. The nearest lake park with boat ramp is a 5 minute drive.
