'The staff was very friendly and helpfull. The room we had was outdated and a bit small. Bathroom really needs an update. Toilet leaked and there was mold all around the shower. Daily cleaning was up to par. Swimming pool is nice, but bit outdated, and you can order a drink and food at the reception. We didn’t use the breakfast. 'The facility is upscale, clean and well kept. The main issue was the restaurant staff. The hotel has 4 restaurants and there is large number of staff they hired. However, the staff were untrained and uncoordinated. For instance we saw the reception and let them know we are there for a drink late night, and they seated us. Another server came by and said this restaurant (La Source) is only for eating and asked us to leave. That left a horrible taste and totally ruined the night. Same issues at...
