'A beautiful house with lots of facilities and a large pool. It is in a nice quiet area of La Rochelle, though it is a fairly long walk to any amenities.Dealings with the owner were difficult. He came to inspect the property before we left and questioned us about anything he was not happy with. He also wanted us to pay an extra deposit and charged us extra for providing bedding. The house was lovely, but I would not book it again as I found it very stressful!'

'Une très belle maison, avec une vue splendide sur la mer ! Grand confort, très bien équipée, proche de la Rochelle et de l'île de Ré. Ma famille y a passé un agréable séjour. Merci d'accepter les animaux dans cette villa! Ce grand couloir était un super terrain de jeu pour mon chien et les lancer de balles ! Mention spéciale pour Virginie, la dame qui nous a accueillis. Très souriante, elle nous a tout de suite mis à l'aise dans cette belle demeure et nous a donné quelques bonnes adresses !'

'De woning was zeer smerig bij aankomst. Vuilnisbakken waar maaien uit kruipen. Toiletten niet schoon. Aan de eigenaar gemeld. Er zou iemand komen en het geld voor schoonmaakkosten terug ontvangen. Beide is niet gebeurd. Er waren ook defecten aan de woning. Deze zijn netjes gemeld, maar niet opgelost. Jammer, kost veel geld, maar heeft ook veel ergernis opgeleverd, vooral omdat afspraken niet zijn nagekomen of uitgevoerd.'
