'Very large group was checking in for the weekend. ( conference ) They took up a major portion of the lobby as well as the area coming out of the garage. We had to wait for an extended time to get checked in. My suggestion would be to have the rooms designated and a credit card on file prior to their arrival. There was so much discussion with each conference attendee about the room they were getting. Transient guests should not have to wait for large groups to get checked in. My other suggestion...

'Beautiful Property and Exceptional Staff'

'When we chrcked in the lady at the counter was not very friendly and helpful. We had to pay a deposit, but my creditcard did not work. She told me 2 times that it did not work, but did not help me at all. And every time we passed her in the next days and greeted her, she didn't say anything back. Luckily the other people were friendly and helpful. The room and the bed were great. It was a pity that the windows could not be opened, I like to sleep with te windows open. '

'Very busy and load in this hotel. The conference on May 5 was very loud, with many screaming children. Breakfast was +-, not a toaster and no yoghurt. And Parking Fee 10 US$ is too high. Calculate in the price. This hotel qas the most expensive on our trip, but sure not the best 3/5'

'There was a lightening storm and the power had gone out for several hours but in the early hours of it my daughter was having a panic attack in the lobby because of the storm and the woman at the front desk helped her calm right down. She was so sincere.'

'It's very difficult for me to evaluate the hotel at the moment. Now it's undergoing repairs and therefore all the problems are on the face. There were 5 markings on the wall in the room - none of them worked. The girls at the reception are very helpful. Breakfast is simple, you can have a snack.'

'I’ve stayed at many cheap hotels and this was definitely the worst experience. We had accidentally booked a room on the smoking floor and had it moved to another floor but the elevator still smelt bad and the room smelled weird. The staff was not very friendly or helpful and the place had an overall gross vibe. I left early in the morning to catch a flight but couldn’t imagine wanting to eat their provided breakfast in such a place.'

'This is the second time I've stayed here in two weeks, and this is my second review. Not much has changed. I think for $115, this is a great place, but that was through Expedia. I wouldn't pay the full rack rate. It's a great throwback to the old two story motels where every door opens to the outside.
