• Primary renter must have valid govt ID, phone number and address on file.
• If there is anyone 21 years or younger in group, the primary renter must be 25+ years old or older.
• Absolutely no pets
• All staying or non staying guests must not exceed 4 during the entire stay due to fire and safety ordinances. This will be verified prior to guest entry, throughout stay & upon checkout. $200 fine per person detected
• We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a minimum $100 handling fee for returning requested items to you. Shipping and packaging will be charged at cost. Items will be kept for 5-days. After which time they will be donated at management discretion.
• Unfortunately, we do not allow late checkout to respect our cleaner's schedules. A fine of 50% of the upcoming night's stay will be imposed for a late checkout between 30 minutes and 2 hours past checkout time. Any checkout beyond 2 hours late will be charged at 2x the upcoming night's stay.
• Kids of all ages are welcomed, but we do not supply any infant/toddler/child furniture. You will need to supply your own and please be responsible of all underage children.
• No smoking (cigarette, cigar, marijuana and/or vaping) of any kind inside the property. Detection monitors inside the unit. $250 smoke remediation deep clean charge for damages, immediate cancellation and guest removal from property. Smoking permitted outside in designated areas 10 feet away from any entrance.
• We are not accepting reservations from local residents at this time, we reserve the right to immediately cancel any reservations from local resident
• No events, no house parties, no after prom/senior week rentals, or bachelor/ bachelorette style parties. Any unauthorized event or party is grounds for immediate cancellation of reservation, authority involvement and physical removal of guest’s and their property from the premises.
• Quiet hours 10PM to 8AM (50 decibels). Decibel detection monitors located inside the premise. Violation of noise ordinance will be met with a warning. Failure to heed warning(s) may result in cancellation of reservation, authority involvement and/or physical removal of guest ’s and their property from the premises.
• Please remove shoes.
• Beach sand must be removed by outside shower or outside hose prior to entry. Do not spray aerosol suntan lotion inside the house.
• All guests are encouraged to purchase travelers insurance and must review cancellation policy prior to booking.
• Please understand this is not a hotel. This is a condo complex with strict rules focused on family oriented stays. Please respect the other owners to ensure community's use & enjoyment.
