Luxurious Newly Renovated Large Ocean Front Condo

Only steps from the beach this condo has two large decks. One facing the beach which allows for great beach views during the day and star gazing at night. The open space between the kitchen and family room allows for plenty of family gatherings. The family room has a large flat screen with cable. Each bedroom has they own TV with cable. The condo has wireless internet for your convenience.

The fully equipped kitchen has all the amenities: granite counters, Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, large refrigerator/freezer with an ice maker. A large dinning room table which seats 6, and a large breakfast bar that seats four for all your family meals.

Bedrooms: The master bedroom has a king sized bed which has beautiful views of the ocean. The master bedroom also has a spacious walk in closet. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed. In the family room there is a queen sized pull out sofa bed.

Bathrooms: Spacious master bathroom has large walk in marble shower. Second bathroom has walk in shower and washer and dryer for your convenience.

Private secure storage closet provided to lock up your bikes. Six beach chairs included with rental and 6 beach tags.

Brigantine is just couple miles from outlet shopping in AC, Aquarium and lighthouse. Golf course, tennis, mini golf, playground and great restaurants all minutes away.

Brigantine beach is truly an Island you'll love for life!

wonderful stay over July 4th

Terrific property. Deb was a sweetheart to communicate with. The place had everything we needed. Well stocked kitchen, umbrellas and chairs. Great furniture and a very comfortable bed. We had an absolutely fantastic stay. We'll be back next year, for sure.

Best location, nicely renovated apartment

We had a great week at the beach. Can't beat waking up and going to sleep to the sound of the ocean, and having coffee or a drink looking out over the dunes. Apartment had everything we needed and it was an easy walk to Wawa, restaurants, etc. Outdoor shower is a nice perk!

We had a very relaxing and fun time together. The condo was nicely decorated and well appointed. There was plenty of storage throughout. The ground floor locker was really convenient for all of our beach stuff.

Great Summer Vacation

We had a very nice time on this vacation. Deborah was very responsive and her place was exactly what we needed. It has a great location! Seconds to the beach and minutes to restaurants and everything you need. The condo was exactly what we needed as well. Full kitchen, good space and a nice balcony for morning coffee. Definitely recommend!

Highly Recommend

My wife and I stayed at this Condo during the week after the July 4th holiday. We had a great experience and enjoyed our week tremendously. The Condo is very nicely decorated, with furniture and decorations a cut above what you would normally find at a vacation rental. The owner did a good job of communicating the check in information to us, and was very responsive when we needed assistance with one of the access codes. The unit is in a great location with easy access to the beach, and away from the center of Brigantine; allowing for relaxing walks or bike rides through the neighborhood. While a first floor unit, because the actual first floor of the complex is parking, there is still a good view of the dunes and ocean. We found it very relaxing to sit on the wide balcony for eating as well as relaxing. Several beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach games/equipment that come with the rental allows leaving those things at home, reducing what you need to bring with you. All in all, a great vacation rental that we highly recommend

Truely wonderful!

My family had a wonderful stay at this lovely condo. Everything was very well maintained. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to make many meals for all of the kids. It was great to have a large porch on the front and the back, looking right at the ocean! The condo was beautifully renovated - especially the master bathroom. Debbie was a pleasure to rent from, too!

Beautiful decor, comfortable and a great escape.

We had a wonderful time at Debbie's beautiful condo, pretty and up to date fashion. Plenty of kitchen equipment to use and every thing you could need. For us, we never used it as our intent was to not cook at all, an escape from kitchen work at home. That worked out well. Plenty of places to eat on Brigantine and no place is far away. The Farmers Market on Saturday mornings is well worth the visit, lots of artists and garden plants and just fun to be there. At the condo the joy for me was to open us the balcony doors and to hear the surf and see the ocean. The only negatives for us was getting my husband in and out of the building as the entrance is up steps and needs a code to open up the building door. My husband's walking ability is impaired and he has to use a cane and it was difficult to get him inside. Also had problems using my cell phone as sometimes I had no service at all. Thus no reflection on Debbie at all, just our particular problems. Debbie is easy to work with and there is nothing quite like the beach to make you feel like you are on vacation.
