The Hawkins is a nearly 3,000-square-foot, mid-century-modern-inspired home designed for large families, friend groups, corporate travelers, and multigenerational gatherings. The property features 6 bedrooms, 9 beds, 4 full bathrooms, and multiple indoor and outdoor spaces where your group can gather or spread out.

Bold colors, statement walls, curated artwork, and playful furnishings give every room its own personality while maintaining a cohesive, elevated design throughout the home.

BEDROOMS

The home includes six thoughtfully designed bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: King bed
Bedroom 2: Queen bed

Bedroom 4: Twin bed and bunk bed

Bedroom 6: Queen bed and sleeper sofa

Additional sleeping space is available on the living-room sofa.
