The condo is located in Atlanta’s vibrant Hotel District, putting you within walking distance of top attractions and entertainment. Sports fans will enjoy proximity to Mercedes-Benz Stadium and State Farm Arena, home to the Falcons and Hawks. Cultural landmarks like the World of Coca-Cola, Georgia Aquarium, Centennial Park, CNN Center, and Georgia State University are all nearby.

With two MARTA stations just minutes away, getting around Atlanta is convenient and easy, making this location ideal for both visitors and business travelers.

Guests have full access to the entire condo, so the space is completely yours—make yourself at home.

Check-in is simple and secure. A 24-hour concierge will greet you and buzz you through the front entrance. Please bring a valid ID and notify us if the guest checking in is not the individual who booked the reservation. The concierge will verify that the name on the reservation matches the guest and guide you to your unit.

You will receive a digital door code in your check-in instructions for easy access to the condo. Inside, a key fob is provided to allow convenient entry and exit from the building for the duration of your stay.

After a day spent navigating the city or attending nearby events, you return to a quiet high-rise retreat where comfort and convenience take center stage. Cooler winter days invite relaxed mornings indoors and unhurried evenings, all while staying connected to the energy just outside.

This entire condo is located in the historic Peachtree Towers, a well-known downtown building valued for its solid construction and peaceful atmosphere. Renovated in July 2021, the interior features refreshed finishes throughout the living area, kitchen, and bathroom, creating a clean and welcoming space for both short and extended stays.

Sleeping arrangements
The condo sleeps up to four guests across one bedroom and flexible living space. The bedroom offers a comfortable bed with quality bedding for restful nights, while a sofa bed in the living area allows the layout to adapt easily for additional guests.

Living space & work setup
The living area is thoughtfully arranged to suit both downtime and productivity. Whether you are winding down after a day out or setting up for remote work, the dedicated workspace and WiFi make it easy to stay focused. A TV with standard cable is available for relaxing evenings indoors.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen is designed for real use, from quick breakfasts before heading out to home-cooked dinners after a full day downtown. A dining table provides a comfortable spot for meals, work, or planning the next day’s activities.

Bathroom & laundry
The bathroom includes a walk-in shower and bathroom essentials to keep your stay simple and comfortable. An in-unit washer and dryer add convenience, especially for longer visits.

The building features an elevator, private unit entrance, and self check-in with a smart lock, making arrivals and departures easy. Exterior security cameras are located only in common areas, elevators, and entry doors, with none inside the condo.

Location
Location is a defining feature of this stay. You are within walking distance of Mercedes-Benz Stadium, State Farm Arena, the Georgia World Congress Center, Centennial Park, World of Coca-Cola, Georgia Aquarium, and America’s Mart. Restaurants, bars, and convenience stores are nearby, and two close MARTA stations provide easy access around the city, including a direct route to the airport.

Whether visiting for work, events, or a winter city getaway, this downtown condo offers a comfortable and well-connected place to settle in.

Surface parking lot right next to the building and a parking deck a block away. Note: Parking fees are not included with the rental and are paid separately.

Uber is always less than 5 minutes away and very reasonable on price.

HEATING AND AIR: this is an old system that uses a boiler/chiller to push hot or cold water to a fan coil inside of an exchange unit in the condo. The exchange unit blows hot or cold air off of the fan coil into the room. An exchange unit is located below the windows in every room. The plates on top of the exchange unit can be flipped up to regulate the hot or cold air fan speed. The system is limited to hot or cold, not both. In the fall and spring, the units are switched from heat to air or vice versa. Therefore I would describe it as heat OR air. When it is unseasonably hot or cold fans or space heaters can be provided upon request. z
WASHER AND DRYER: ($1.75 per load) is in on the basement level. z

PARKING: Parking is not included. There are several conveniently located paid lots surrounding the building. We recommend the garage at 31 Baker St. 30308 as it is the most secure. We do not recommend the surface lot at 17 Baker St. 30308 - Prices vary based on demand.
