I had a wonderful stay! The property was exactly as described — clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. Every detail showed how much care the hosts put into making guests feel welcome. The bed was comfortable, the space was peaceful, and all the amenities worked perfectly.The location was great too — quiet, but still close enough to everything I needed. Communication with the host was excellent; they were friendly, quick to respond, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable.I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-kept place with great hosts!

Riverfront cabin, Douglasville, Ga.

The positives were that everyone loved that there was something to do for everyone, pool, cardroom, televisions,plenty of room to move around inside and outside, the beds were super comfortabl. The negative ( things that we were able to get around) stairs on main floor were a little loose, basement bathroom towelrack near pool room kept falling off; the top rack of dishwasher loose; one door interior door had large paint spout; main floor kitchen living room couch had stain on back, one of the dryers ( not white) didn’t work. Small hole under window frame in base room with bunk beds. Like I said before these were just things noticed throughout the 3 day stay, however, it did not stop the group from total enjoyment)

Fantastic for family reunion

The property was absolutely gorgeous and had so much space for our large group. Beds/linens were very comfortable and the house had plenty of amenities. Our family loves any water and direct access to the creek was a big selling point. However, it was completely overgrown so we were unable to enjoy the kayaks and water, but we went to the state park nearby 2 days in a row and it was amazing. Great communication with host. Kitchen could use a few more basic utensils and the projector was tough to get going but finally got it working. The water pressure got a little iffy at times in the kitchen, but we made it work. Check in/out was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again! Highly reccomend this place!!

Perfect for our big family reunion

Beautiful house, well maintained, amazing property and excellent amenities. Exceptional host- great communication and super thoughtful and responsive to our needs- including adding a pack and play travel crib to the house! Sparking clean house, places for kids of all ages to play, and spacious accommodations. Absolutely recommend this house for any family group. So happy with our stay.

Graduation Celebratory Brunch

We reserved Bear Creek Manor during my daughter's high school graduation. We had a great stay. The property was exactly as the pictures depict. The layout of the bedrooms and the amount of recreational space both indoors and outdoors allows everyone to have their own space, but is large enough for you to come together in one area as well. The owner was very accommodating as I inadvertently reserved the wrong check out date. I would highly recommend the property.

Chatt hills horse show trip

We stayed here for a horse show at Chatt Hills equestrian park and it was perfect. Plenty of room and we had 18 people. Easy to communicate with the owner. Would totally stay here again

Great Family getaway

Reserved this property for a family trip so that everyone could stay in the same space. The property was great and had plenty of room! The kids had a great time! Location was perfect in that we had the country feel, but still right down the street from the city. My family loved it!!

Beautiful property!

My family vacationed here to celebrate my daughter’s graduation. There were 20 of us and there was more than enough room for us all. There were a couple of rooms that we didn’t even need to use - that’s how spacious this property is! The house was well stocked with kitchen supplies, cleaning supplies, laundry supplies, and more. We LOVED the outdoors so much! The patio views were amazing. The fire pit, the outdoor kitchen, all of it was beautiful! Communication with Lauren was excellent and she was always helpful and responsive to our needs. Overall we had a great time so thank you for sharing your home with us!

This home was exactly what we were looking for. Spacious, beautiful, clean with amazing views and things to do. Lauren was great and so helpful. The pictures don’t do this house justice. Would stay here again when we travel back. 100 percent my favorite house I have stayed in Georgia.

Perfect for large group

This was absolutely the best property I have stayed at hands down. It’s perfect for a large group. It was 20 of us and everyone slept comfortably. It was my wedding weekend and my bridal party stayed there and some my family. The property was equipped with everything you need for cooking all pots and pans sizes. We are most definitely going back because we didn’t get a chance to really enjoy the property the way we wanted too. The biggest plus is that they allow you too have event there also. The pictures does not do the property justice.

Absolutely amazing

The house is beautiful and fit everyone comfortably. It was a nice , peaceful getaway with beautiful scenery. We were able to explore in the woods surrounding the house and go fishing in the river right beside the house. There’s a lot of perks to keep the whole family occupied from the game rooms to the bar room to the outside fire pit and movie projector. Even though the jacuzzi wasn’t ready for use the use of the kayaks made up for that, for sure. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again. Thank you again Lauren for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Girls Only Birthday Bash

The property was perfect for our group of 13 women! There was space galore! Everyone had their own bed. We had a chef come in and prepare our meals which was awesome! The dining spaces accommodated everyone. Even though the property was an hour(min) away from our events it made our party bus rental worthwhile!!! The outdoors was quiet, serene and had everything we needed to party outside. Lauren quickly responded to any questions we had! It was truly a great experience in an immaculate home! We're returning in the near future.
