We offer a convenient Early Check-In and Late Checkout option:
• Early Check-In is available at 50% of the previous night’s rate, allowing you to arrive at any time on your scheduled arrival day.
• Late Checkout is available at 50% of the following night’s rate, allowing you to depart at any time on your scheduled departure day.

• Under no circumstances are guests allowed to receive packages/mail to the home.
• Gatherings of any kind are not allowed - outside visitors who are not confirmed on the Airbnb reservation at the time of booking are not allowed and will subject your reservation to cancellation without refund.
• If at any time you exceed the maximum number of guests allowed on site your reservation will be subject to cancellation with no refund.
• Bookings on made behalf of other parties are subject to cancellation with no refund, the person responsible for booking the reservation must be on site.
• Damages - subject to cost of the item for repair or replacement
• Please note that this is a quiet neighborhood, noise should be kept to a minimum past 12am to avoid complaints from neighbors.

Guests will have access to the entire Suite 2 during their stay.

The entire space has 3 living units, this listing is only for Suite 2 but will be completely private. Additionally, each unit has its own private entrance with keyless entry. Laundry is located in the storage area of the home, not in any of the specific suites.
