« We had problems the moment we walked in the door and it was 58 degrees inside the home. They were utilizing two splitters in opposite ends of the home for heat and air conditioning. « We liked the look of the farmhouse, and saw it from a mile away on our drive in from Highway 1. Easy to find ! Easy to get in. The old house is very friendly. Enjoyed the "history" feel. Really liked walking around the yard, seeing all the great trees and bushes and flowers someone planted and took great care of. Didn't miss the TV either ! My daughter who was working in Big Sur loved staying upstairs, like her own little apartment. Very relaxing place to get away from things. »

« We can hear next door rental, especially from the bedroom where we can here water running from the shower and guests would take multiple night showers which wake us up during our sleep. 😞 Kitchen and living room were fine. Air conditioning was quiet. Very well situated near highways but not too close to hear the noise. Quiet surrounding. »
