Welcome to Kolonaki Blue, a modern studio located on the 2nd floor, accessible by stairs, placing you in the heart of Athens.
Upon entering, you’ll be greeted by a spacious living area, uniquely decorated and furnished with a two-seater sofa bed and a modern table with two chairs. It also features a 40” smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout. Patio doors lead to the balcony, which is furnished with outdoor seating and offers a charming street view.
The bedroom is a tranquil retreat with vibrant colors, featuring a comfortable king-size bed, ample wardrobe space, and plenty of lighting, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, electric stovetop, refrigerator, and washing machine, providing everything needed for a convenient stay.
The bathroom is stylishly designed with a walk-in shower, offering a refreshing experience.
Kolonaki Blue is located in a prime area offering easy access to both cultural landmarks and modern conveniences. Just a 5-minute walk (400m) away is Kolonaki Square, known for its high-end boutiques, trendy cafés, and fine dining options. A 10-minute walk (850m) takes you to the base of Lycabettus Hill, where you can enjoy a hike or take the cable car to experience panoramic views of the city. Syntagma Square is just a 12-minute walk (1km) away. The area is surrounded by local shops, supermarkets, and traditional tavernas, offering both convenience and authentic Athenian flavors. With excellent public transportation nearby, including metro and bus stops, you can easily explore major attractions like the Acropolis (2.5km) or Plaka (2km).

All passport/ID’s copies for occupants and guests must be provided prior to arrival. No access to the Property can be given until Phaedrus Living has seen satisfactory identification -such determination to be at the Phaedrus Living sole discretion. Lead Guest must be 18 years or above to stay at the Property Any removal of property inventory may be treated as theft. No smoking inside the property. No pets allowed. No loud music or parties allowed. In case of loss of accommodation keys, the service fee of 35- 60 Euros to change the lock will be paid by guest Any illegal activity will result in immediate ejection and notification to the Police. Booking fees will not be refundable by Phaedrus Living in this scenario. Building rules and procedures must be adhered by guests. At the end of the reservation, the premises and its fixtures and fittings must be in the same condition provided at the commencement of the stay. Any breakages, or necessary repairs and replacements will be paid by the guest. Renewal of the reservation is at the discretion of the Phaedrus Living. The guest should inform the Phaedrus Living at least 3 days in advance and it is subject to availability. Payment will be required upon confirmation of the extension of the reservation. If the guest acts against any of the conditions specified above Phaedrus Living has the right to terminate the reservation instantly.
