'We stayed here for my birthday and absolutely loved it. The views are incredible, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. There’s plenty of parking, a private road, and the property feels very secluded and peaceful. 'Host was flexible on dates which was appreciated - master door fell off frame upon arrival - was addressed and fixed next day - still didn't close all the way... thermostat tricky to figure out and felt like it was blowing cold air no matter what... def SUGGEST putting reflectors on driveway - we arrived at night... very dark and there is a big drop off on the right side of the driveway.'

'The cabin was comfortable and close to town. I think the management should allow for a later check out time. 10:00 am is too early. You can't check in until 4:00 pm so a 10:00 am departure seems unreasonable. Yes, you can request a later check out but of course you are charged. I would rent the cabin again if I were attending the festival in Leadville. '

'It is a beautiful cabin on a beautiful location, the foto's do not do it justice. But there is still building activity in the area so it is not always only nature sounds you hear. Before arriving you have to sign a rental agreement, which has rules you have to follow when you leave. No problem we thought, but there is a extra notice: detailed info is availebel in the cabin.
