'Third time booking this hotel. Always lovely, clean, warm (radiators are always on before you arrive so the room is lovely and warm to get easy in). A lovely lady from concierge called me today to confirm my booking and ensure we had the details for the contactless check-in (access codes for the front door and key box) as we were due to arrive after she had left. Super friendly and welcoming. Room is lovely and clean, large comfy bed, clean bathroom and shower and even a space for cooking...

'Douche deed het niet/slecht: was kapot. Ze hebben hun best gedaan het te fixen wat in het werkend niet lukte. Nette refund gekregen. Zeer aardig personeel daar!'

'The room was very clean and warm comfortable the only problem we had was the shower wasn’t hot but Luke warm it was late when we had are shower so couldn’t mention it and we were there for one night. In the morning when we had breakfast we did mention this issue. The staff member that looked after us for breakfast was lovely made sure we had everything the cooked breakfast was lovely her name was iessie she was amazing would differently come again this is our second visit in a year.. 'Medewerkers erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Gemeenschappelijke ruimtes prima. Continental ontbijt buffet prima, ook aanbod plantaardige zuivel producten. Heerlijk bed. Staat van kamer zeker geen 4 sterren. Meubels beschadigd en ogen oud. Onnodige kalk en schimmel aanslag in de badkamer. Omgeving is verlaten en voelt ‘s avonds onprettig. Afstand tot winkels en bushalte zo’n 15 min lopen langs schaats verlichte weg met begroeiing. Kortom hotel prima, maar geen €200/nacht waard en lokatie wat...
