'The house is very nice. Great beds and well equipped bathrooms. With four bedrooms, more seating would have been nice. The living room is kind of small though. The kitchen essentials were lacking. Not enough pots, pans, bowls, plates, storage containers, cookie sheets, baking dishes etc. The downstairs couch is not safe to sit on. The legs are mostly broken off and unstable. It was very nice to have use of the garage. I don't want to nitpick, but the owner needs to address the amenities and...

'Description accurate. Owner can't help this, but very creaky (and beautiful) hardwood floors. Anyone getting up at night certainly couldn't do so quietly. Just a note for those light sleepers out there. Safe neighborhood, nice outdoor spaces to enjoy, appreciated fans in some bedrooms.'
