Villetta L'Armonia delle Onde is a splendid propery in Porto Cervo, in the heart of the Costa Smeralda and, in particular, located within a residential complex of high level. The property is embellished with the typical elements of the Sardinian style characterised by simple shapes and white tones that contrast with the sinuosity of the wood, the warm coulours of the cotto and the roughness of the pastel colours of the furnishings. This combiantion of elements made up of strong contrasts, gives the environment a pervasive brightness that, from the panoramic terrace, spreads throughout the entire property. The terrace in fact, directly overlooks the port of Porto Cervo and is furnished with a comfortable table for enjoying al fresco dinner and a sofa for spending pleasant moments in company. In addition to the breathtaking panorama, the residential complex has a communal swimming pool and a padel court.

===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION =====
Villetta L'Armonia delle Onde is a welcoming villetta suitable to comfortably acommodate up to 4 people. At the entrance there is an elegant open space made up of a living area, a comfortable table, a corner peninsula with a panoramic view and, separated by an arch, a fully equipped kitchen. Furthermore, large sliding French windows separate the interior from the terrace creating a beautiful continuum of light. On the same floor there are two big bedrooms one of which is a double with a fantastic view of the outside and one with two single beds. To complete the property, two bathrooms.

Please note:
- it is possible to add 1 bed for the 5th guest at a cost of € 30/day;
- the swimming pool is open from 15/05 to 1/10 at the following times: from 10 to 13 and from 15 to 20;
- padel costs €40 for an hour and a half in the low season and €60 for an hour and a half in high season. The price of the rackets amounts to €5 each.
