'We had a very good stay in this apartment. Even during very hot days, it was not too hot, we think, due to the thick old walls. It was great to have a dishwasher and a washing machine. The number of cups is modest however. Very good location in the old city. Good for those who come by train, but if you come by car, you best park in St. Claire Parking and then move your luggage on foot to the apartment because it is in a pedestrian zone. 'Checking in was confusing in that you had to go to the lockbox at the apartment to get the clicker to enter the parking area. The apartment had everything you would need, except there were no washcloths and not enough kitchen towels. The internet went out one day, but was restored after a few hours. The dryer stopped working because the water reservoir was full. Management explained the solution after we contacted them, but this should be in the instructions. The location is quite good and...

'We had a great stay. Location is perfect ski-in ski-out. In the evening a small walk downhill (15min) for the shops and restaurants. The 2p bed in the appartement is a bit small (140cm). The mezzanine with a 1p bed is low and reached by a steep stairway. Perfect for 1 kid. It was a bit dusty. We did not use the (couch) bed in the livingroom, but it looks comfortable. 'My children and I enjoyed a very comfortable week's stay at the apartment - it is warm and spacious and had everything we needed. It is in a good location - just 5 minutes walk to/from the ski slopes or 5 minutes drive into the town, or there is a ski bus stop right outside the front door with various buses stopping there. The owner and local manager were great in their communications and the check-in/out process was very easy.'
