'A beautiful, convenient apartment in an excellent location. Just around the corner from the charm of the old town and a few easy blocks from the train station. This was our first trip to Annecy, but we will hope to stay at Michel’s place on our future visits. '

'De ligging is top met een mooi zicht op het meer. Het appartement is van alles voorzien. Ook goede internetverbinding. Enige nadeel is de verschrikkelijk drukke en lawaaierige straat. Het appartement is wel goed geïsoleerd: binnen is er weinig lawaai te horen; Enkel op het terras is het lawaai van het drukke verkeer erg storend.'

'Great place, really nice village on walking distance, very nice small restaurants, and great place to ski. The appartement is luxurious, clean and had a very nice interior including a real mountain style fireplace. The appartement is comfortable for 5 people, has cosy seating and spacious kitchen. Parking place upfront is very convenient, and few minutes from ski lift. The owner is very helpfull and was very responsive with additional information. 'The appartment is perfect for a skitrip. It is clean, comfortable and warm. The appartment is a short walk from the Super Morzine skilift and the village. An extra bonus is the view on downtown Morzine and the spacious balconny where you can enjoy the sun in the afternoon. Philip is a very responsive and helpfull host!'

'We had a very good stay in this apartment. Even during very hot days, it was not too hot, we think, due to the thick old walls. It was great to have a dishwasher and a washing machine. The number of cups is modest however. Very good location in the old city. Good for those who come by train, but if you come by car, you best park in St. Claire Parking and then move your luggage on foot to the apartment because it is in a pedestrian zone.
