  • Quite guest cottage located close to town. It is a great place to relax and unwind. Or just a place to rest your head after busy day of exploring all the local amenities, wineries, breweries, beaches, lakes, eateries.

    During your stay you may sight a white and black cat with a black heart on her paw. Her name is Daisy Coco Chanel, she spends most of the day sleeping in various areas of the yard. If happen to spot her feel free to pet her she is friendly but please do not allow her to visit you in the house. The owner’s live on property in the front house.

Great place to stay. Perfect for two couples. Both rooms have doors that close and separate. Great kitchen and family room. Outside area has fire pits and a relaxing hot tub. Centrally located on the coast with easy ride shares to local restaurants and bars in AG and close to Pismo. Hosts are very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended and plan to visit again!

The property was centrally located to all the shops we needed, it was so convenient! Although it didn’t have the modern amenities like a dishwasher and air conditioning, we found ourselves very comfortable and relaxed. The VRBO owners were responsive! It was great.

So many thoughtful touches from the host: several bottles of cold water in fridge, q-tips and make up cleanser pads in the bathroom. The bed in the primary bedroom was super soft and comfortable and the shower is great!

Amazing time at Arroyo!

Had a great time with my family, the house was clean and really beautiful with very cute design accents, the backyard is amazing and really makes this rental special! Overall I would recommend this place, and hopefully come back again.

This is a beautiful back house. Very clean and comfy. The plants were beautiful. There is an option of Sun or shade on the property. Plenty of seating options. The hot tub was clean and well cared for. The hosts were very nice, and helpful.

Cozy, clean bungalow with a nice hot tub

We really enjoyed our stay in Pismo Beach, it was very relaxing to read in the courtyard and relax in the hot tub at night. We got to see a meteor shower from the hot tub, which was an experience. The hosts were great, and the property was well kept up, clean, and organized. All in all, we'd stay there again.

Wonderful stay in a great location

My family and I stayed here for three nights over thanksgiving. The property is very very clean and has a well stocked kitchen. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located - close to beach and grocery stores. Highly recommend the property if you are taking a trip to the central coast.

This was a great place to stay near all the attractions that we wanted to see. This was our first stay in Arroyo Grande and what a cute town. The Sensorio light field was the main goal and our granddaughters absolutely loved it! The house and amenities were just perfect.

We enjoyed our stay in Arroyo Grande and found this home to be very quiet and comfortable. It was a great base for our travels in the area. The host was very accommodating and easy to speak with. We definitely hope to return in the future.
