Hôtel près de Arranmore Palace (Ootacamund)

« The staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was good. A very good place to stay »

« This small hotel was delightful. I felt very welcomed and comfortable. I had a room with a balcony where I could sit and enjoy the view of the town and have some cool fresh air. I mustn't forget to mention the food! It was prepared freshly and so delicious. The dahl became my addiction but everything was so good. ❤️ »

« Good budget hotel nice location »

« A bit rough and rugged. Staff were helpful with tours etc. Ordered food from the hotel and it took over an hour to come and wasn’t hot. Location not great, need to get tuktuk most places as no uber. Wasn’t the most comfortable place. »

« Disappointing Experience – 2/5 Stars I stayed at Sterling Elk Hill from 21st October to 24th October, and unfortunately, my overall experience was disappointing. I would rate my stay 2 out of 5 stars. Room service was extremely slow. I had to call multiple times for assistance and faced this issue on more than five occasions. Such delays are unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. The checkout experience was equally frustrating. I waited for around 40 minutes for someone to collect our...

« The stay is good luxurious experience for a budget price. The staff is very supportive as well. I would recommend this stay to everyone. It is very close to the city centre as well »

« Good »

« Good property »

« Great »

« Lovely stay. Very clean room. Nice view from the common balcony. Nearby nice restaurants. The owner was very helpful. »

According to the information supplied by hotels.com, we had booked a room "donnant sur le jardin". However, on arrival we were informed that the hotel itself was full. We found ourselves in a little bungalow, set apart from the main hotel, and donnant sur…..un mur. We complained to the management, and were moved to another bungalow, even further from the main hotel. It...

« The host was excellent. However the room was very cold and no heating was available. Also the bathroom condition was quite worn. Hot water supply limited. »
