« The room and resort are ok. We had 4 people but they would only give 2 passes to the water park. We just wanted to sit by the pool! Ridiculous for what they charge. There is not house cleaning and people are supposed to leave their trash outside the room which makes the hallway stink. The lady at check in was rude but the other staff were nice. Restaurant and bars closed around 9 while we were there. For the money I would stay elsewhere next time. “Third” bed was ridiculous as a bunk bed. It...

« 1. The bathtub had bugs. 2. Over half of the light switches and receptacles did not operate. 3. The towels were in worse condition than the ones I use for my car. 4. The bar was fine. 5. Cleanliness was marginal. I have been staying at this same property for 25 years. It’s now tired and in great need of a facelift and attention paid to long standing deferred maintenance. »
