« We've stayed here twice now, while the beds are wonderful and same for the linens, the hotel is showing it's age. The nooks and crannies have buildup of some kind, the safe doesn't work (and we were told that most of them don't), the spa still isn't working (it wasn't working two years ago either), and the grout in the bathroom is pretty icky.
The staff is outstanding! They are genuinely interested in the person on the other side of the counter. They are friendly and have always had a smile....

« The staff is racist, they discriminate against black people and talk down to you. Only nice staff was the breakfast attendant Gina. They lie on you and charge you for things you didn't even use and will argue with you after you try to defend yourself from false allegations. I would never ever stay here again. This was my 3rd stay, management must have changed from last year because its complete garbage now. »

Then they gave me another room ans in this one the toilet flush ans the AC didn't work ans the TV cable was cut so no TV. For the price it is a shame. « The staff was very nice. The room was clean but dated, though the employee did say they are remodeling and since I had a small dog I had to be put in a room that was not done. The sheets and bed were clean, the overall room was clean though it did have a slight Odor from the carpet.
I would stay again as it is a clean room and the price was right. »

« The place had lots of spiders and the restrooms filled with bugs and spider webs/spiders. The main shower in the primary room had dead bugs. The toilet paper had dust on it. Overalls the place needs proper cleaning and pest control to stop by. The owner messaged me saying that cleaners were gonna stop by and nobody did. There is a $140 cleaning fee which i normally do not mind. However it does not make sense to have a cleaning fee when the place isn't clean in the first place for us as guests. »
