'Internet was mid but the rest of the stay was great, the room was comfy and spacious, we didn’t test out the pool because it was chilly during our stay but it looked very clean when we went to check it out. Also the people at the front desk was very friendly and helpful as well.'

'No one cleaned room. There was a dripping sound coming from the bathroom ceiling a good part of stay. Needed to close bathroom door not to hear it. Reported it to staff. No safe in room. 5 hangers in closet. Had to request more. Shower floor slippery. Breakfast was very nice. '

'The bed was not properly secured to the pedestal. It rock and creaked all night with all movements. Can't do anything about the highway, so that was my fault for stopping at 12 of the 38 pictures. We've stayed in Baymonts before so we were surprised that the overall property was so beat up.'

'I reserved 4 rooms for 8 of us traveling together. The hotel had a good review on Expedia. When we arrived there was no one at the front desk and another guest informed us the elevator was not operating. After several minutes the clerk came out and said she did not have 4 rooms on the ground floor, so someone would have to climb the stairs with their luggage. As a group of senior citizens, this was ridiculous. Because we had to prepay, we had no option but to stay. Would not choose this hotel...

'Extremely disappointing - the towels were so dirty they were completely unusable - completely browned with filth from the vent above them, and had mouse poop on them. The fridge hadn’t been plugged in for a long time - was moldy, smelled terrible, and didn’t work - had to throw our food we brought away. No tv due to no remote. Holes in the main window curtain. The lamp shades were filthy and damaged. Expedia offered me a $25 refund and the hotel manager won’t take the call to resolve it on their...
