The rate includes a breakfast kit consisting of packaged sweets of excellent brand, rusks, butter, milk, a selection of jams and honey, a choice of tea. We also supply courtesy mineral water, fruit juices and ground coffee to prepare with moka.

The Residence is located 200 meters from the station and the historic center of Arezzo, a large free parking area with Cctv is available.
A few steps on foot to reach Corso Italia, the main shopping street and via Madonna Del Prato, a historic route to reach the ancient Church of San Francesco with its frescoes by Piero della Francesca.
The main monuments and attractions of the city, the Duomo, Piazza Grande, the Church of San Domenico, Casa Vasari, can be reached on foot in a few minutes, as well as numerous restaurants and typical trattorias where you can taste Tuscan specialties.
