Farm cottage at the foot of the mountain.

Our cottage is designed for up to 4 people classified 2 stars, referenced under the number BRT16HTG located on a hillside 500m from the village with all shops. For more information you can contact us at 05 59 88 92 56.

Stuck in the back of our house, on the ground floor and independent including kitchen, bathroom with toilet and 2 bedrooms. Not overlooked or noisy neighbors. We are discreet but we will be at your disposal if you need.
A closed courtyard in front of the cottage and reserved only for our holidaymakers with the possibility of returning their car to shelter in shed nearby if bad weather.
Covered terrace furnished at the entrance of the cottage very pleasant for the summer. Barbecue.
WIFI connection.
Beds made in full on arrival. (free) Towels are provided upon request. 3 € / person. You can bring it if you prefer.
The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary to receive 4 people maximum with TV, dishwasher, washer dryer, pressure cooker, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, iron etc ...
Shower room with sink, shower and toilet. Hair dryer provided. The toilet is in the bathroom.
Two rooms:
One with a 140/190 bed for 2 people.
The second with 2 beds of 90/190.
Possibility to add a cot and high chair if available. Ask at the reservation.
Since there is no living room, we put in this second room a sofa and a second TV.
Clim reversible with heat pump.

A deposit of 250 € by check will be requested upon arrival and returned on departure if the accommodation has not been damaged.
The cleaning must be done before departure as well as the tableware and garbage emptied.
On this subject 50 € cash will be requested upon arrival and will not be returned if the rules are respected. Thank you.
Holiday checks accepted.

Charges not included: electricity will be charged according to consumption. 0,16 € the kwt (meter).

We recommend our holidaymakers to take out cancellation insurance with Europ Assistance (for example) and bring a certificate of insurance for holiday homes.
