Jenna and Deiva's House

Ideally located for your stay on the Arcachon Bay, just a few minutes' walk from the oyster port of Arès, Maison de Jenna et Deiva is a brand new 55 m² holiday cottage in a very quiet residential area near the salt marshes and all the town's amenities (shops, cycle path, etc.). This single-story house, adjoining your host's property but not overlooked, comprises a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and lounge opening onto a 35 m² terrace, a utility room with a washing machine and cleaning supplies, two bedrooms (one with a 160x200 cm bed and the other with two 90x190 cm beds), and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. Bed linen, towels, heating (heat pump), and air conditioning are included in the price. Wi-Fi is also available. End-of-stay cleaning is available upon request. 2 reserved parking spaces on the property (secure gate access). Gas for cooking (if the cooktop uses gas), water (within reasonable limits), electricity for heating, and air conditioning. Bed linen and towels are provided.
