This penthouse is located within walking distance of everything: 5 minutes walk from the Aregno-Algajola beach and 15 minutes walk for the centre of Algajola, famous for its friendly atmosphere with its bars and restaurants. It is a short drive to some of the best known beaches, charming old villages, and the cities of Calvi and L’Ile Rousse.

The open plan living space with sea view has a double aspect and offers ample space for cooking, eating, working and relaxing. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge/freezer, electric oven, 4 induction hobs, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, “Couzon” cookware and tableware and all the utensils you could wish for. The kitchen bar is a perfect spot to crack a bottle of wine, open and enjoy.

Sleeping up to 4 people. The snazzy bedroom is dominated by a king size bed with a high quality comfy mattress. A large walk-in wardrobe is behind sliding mirror doors with a chest of drawers inside. There’s a good quality sofa bed in the living room for an extra two guests.
