House located in the peaceful Abatilles district, just a 10-minute walk from Plage Péreire and close to the beaches and center of Arcachon. Ideal for vacations with family or friends, this 75m² house can accommodate up to 7 people and offers a pleasant experience thanks to its comfort and modern amenities. Take advantage of the large 100m² terrace for your moments of relaxation, while being just a stone's throw from the Arcachon basin and magnificent beaches.

Bedroom 1 (with en-suite shower room): 160cm bed, clothes storage, air conditioning for optimum comfort. Private bathroom with shower and washbasin.

Bedroom 2: Bunk bed and a 90cm bed, with clothes storage and air-conditioning.

Bedroom 3: 160cm bed, storage space for clothes, air-conditioning.

Shower room: Shower, washbasin and WC.

Separate toilet: Accessible from the common room, for greater comfort.

Living room: Bright space opening onto fully equipped kitchen. TV and Wi-Fi connection. A desk is also available in the room for work.

Fully equipped kitchen: Nespresso machine, kettle, oven, fridge, hob and all the equipment you need for your meals.

Bed linen and towels are not included in the rental. They can be booked as an optional extra at a rate of **€35 per double bed and €25 per single bed**. Please request this option at the time of booking so that we can order the necessary hotel-quality linen for your stay.

Outdoor terrace: Large 100m² terrace with outdoor table and garden furniture to enjoy al fresco dining or simply relax outdoors.
