Beautiful studio center of Arbois

Studio located in the center of Arbois and overlooking course. Near the Wine Museum, restaurants, market. It consists of a small entrance with luggage rack, coat rack and mirror; a bathroom with toilet, a living room with space for cooking and a bedroom area, plus a glass serving as dressing.

Housing
Studio composed of an entrance, a bathroom with toilet, a space to cook hidden in a large closet to make cleaner. A living space with a sofa, a coffee table, a table for 2; a sleeping area separated by a decoration and a canopy acting as dressing.

Entry from 16h and departure before 11h.
Before you leave, thank you kindly:
• Fold fitted sheet, duvet cover, pillowcases and place them on the luggage rack of the entrance, for the towels and the cloth put them to dry if they are wet.
• Put your garbage bag in the brown bin on the ground floor and put a new bag in the apartment.
• Clean the apartment before leaving (vacuuming and washing the floors. The dishes must be washed and stored.

Normally I do not charge for cleaning, however if the condition was too dirty the package would be 30 euros.

Access of travelers
It is located on a main street. But gives court side which allows not to suffer the nuisance of a city center.
You can park either in front of the building, or Place du Champ de Mars, or on the parking lot of the fruit.
