'The large pool area with the salt water pool was thoroughly enjoyed by my grandsons. The hot tub was large and very relaxing. The breakfast consisted of a waffle bar, another item my grandsons were extremely happy about. Our room was large and very comfortable. The staff that we interacted with were friendly and knowledgeable.'

'Our room was very clean, large (two queen beds), and modern. However, the room had no UBC outlets or 110V outlets available at bedside to charge your phone. Furthermore, there was no closet in the room to hang your clothes. Lastly, when we checked in at 5pm the 4:30am and 5:00am airport shuttles were full. We were forced to Uber to the airport. Having an airport shuttle was one of the reasons we chose the Hilton Paper Valley - Appleton.'
