« This was our second stay at the Trout Stream Lodge and we are already planning for next year! We love it! The location is perfect, the house is a great size to accommodate large families and we love the river running right in the backyard! We couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. JoyceAnn and Rodney are very attentive and the minor issues that we encountered, they took care of them immediately. You won’t regret staying here. Many memories were made and we can’t wait to come back to make more!...

« Tub drain was a bit worn. Otherwise great value for a family of 5. Enjoyed this much more than our hotel stays. The kids could run around (supervised) and made some friends. « This location is just magical! The river is literally right outside the back door. The sound of the river was perfect after a long day on slopes! The large living area and full windows facing the river made for a picturesque setting every evening. The amenities could not have been better! And having a garage is a must! Best place in Pagosa! »
