Bright, updated top-floor condo in Woodburn Village, a wooded community near the Mosaic District and Inova Fairfax Hospital.

The master bedroom has a king bed and walk-in closet, the second bedroom a queen, and a twin rollaway is available. Sleeps 6.

The community offers a seasonal pool, courts, playgrounds and picnic areas.

Living room: Relax on the sectional sofa by the electric fireplace, with a smart TV and Wi-Fi for streaming.

Dining area: Enjoy home-cooked meals or takeout at the dining table next to the living room.

Galley kitchen: The updated kitchen has white cabinets, stainless steel appliances, a four-burner gas stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig, toaster, rice cooker, blender and kettle, plus pots, pans, dishes and utensils.

Master bedroom: A king bed, a walk-in closet, a work desk, nightstands with lamps, and room-darkening shades.

Second bedroom: A queen bed, a work desk and a closet with a full-length mirrored door.

Extra sleeping: A twin rollaway bed is available for a fifth or sixth guest.

Bathroom: An updated full bathroom with a tub and shower combination.

Balcony: A private covered balcony with seating, looking out over the trees and the playground.

Family extras: A Pack-N-Play, booster seat, board games and books are stored in the closets.

You'll have the entire condo to yourself. The condo is on the top (third) floor, and the building has no elevator, so plan on carrying luggage up the stairs.

Guests are welcome to use the community amenities, including the seasonal pool, clubhouse, courts, playgrounds and picnic areas.

A laundry room is available in the building's basement, and the key is on the hook near the front door. The machines are paid through the Sudweeks mobile app.

Parking: Guests park in assigned stall #940 with the parking pass. Please return the pass at checkout. A $150 charge applies if the parking pass is not returned. Free street parking is available nearby for additional vehicles, and paid parking is available at Inova Fairfax Hospital.

Pool: The community pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Pets: Up to 2 small pets are welcome for a one-time fee of $50.

Heating and cooling: The condo has heating and air conditioning.

Early check-in and late checkout: Available for $50 each, depending on the cleaning schedule. Please ask ahead of time.

Please note that no one lives on site, but we'll respond as quickly as we can if anything comes up during your stay.
