This property is the absolutely the best equipped, clean, impressively layed out house we have ever stayed in. The kitchen gadgets, cooking pans were immaculate, we loved the grill on the back deck. Beautiful views from the top observation deck, the bedrooms were spacious and the bathrooms were incredible. The hot tub and the pool were amazing! Loved every second we were at the TipSea Turtle. Very Nice !! Pros outweighed the cons for sure . Disappointed that the stand alone ice machine did not work . Know it would be a stretch and depend on plumbing but a restroom on lower level would be nice . Overall an excellent place !!

Beautiful home with exceptional amenities! Rent a golf cart to get around the island. The gulf beach was an easy 4 minute ride. Go to the beach in front of the Sandbar Restaurant for drinks and lunch. Lots of shops and stores nearby! Quick response from management for small issues during our stay. Book this home! You will not be disappointed! We had a wonderful time!

Perfect for family vacation!

We lovedddd the TipSea Turtle! It was a first beach vacation for both my 20 month old daughter & 5 month old nephew, this house was the perfect set up for us! My sister was able to sit under the patio on the swing to feed my nephew but still be involved. My daughter loved the shallow area, the table/stools in the pool, & the hot tub. The elevator made it a breeze to bring up our luggage & was fun for my daughter. The kitchen was well stocked & we loved that to reduce waste to leave behind our unopened food. Everything was perfect! It wasn’t super close to the beach & was difficult to pack up the kids it wasn’t the easiest (that would be anywhere honestly) but the house had all the beach gear we packed into the car! Chairs, wagon, umbrellas, that it made the short haul worth it! Our only wish was a fridge in the patio area to prevent going up & down but it was still perfect!! We thoroughly enjoyed the house & AMI!

Even better than the pictures

Our second trip to AMI but first time at this home. It was perfect for 4 couples just enjoying some sun and time away. Weather was incredibly windy but the outdoor space was covered/sheltered enough that we could still enjoy time outdoors and in the hot tub. Roof top deck was amazing before the winds came in.Home is very comfortable and fairly well stocked. Location is fine- close to get around the island but out enough to not be too busy.Devastating to see so much storm damage since last year- great stay and good way to spend some money with the local shops and restaurants as they’re getting opened back up.

Hurricane Debby

A few of us missed connecting flights thanks to “ Tropical storm/ Hurricane Debby” but once we arrived it made all the travel stress worth it. Beautiful home, kids loved the pool and the beach was amazing. This might be our new annual family destination.

Fantastic Home!

Gorgeous home! Perfectly clean upon arrival - and home is brand new. Outdoor area and pool fantastic. Saw a review suggesting fridge in pool area and owners put one there (thank you!). Loved the table in the pool shaded space with TV, putt putt, and giant connect 4. 1st time flying for beach vacation but house stocked with 6 nice Tommy Bahamas beach chairs and beach wagon. 6 bikes as well. Central vac in garage super handy sweeping sand out of cars - which was handy because it is a drive to the beach. It was our 1st time to Anna Maria and 1st time not staying within walking distance to beach. House is on bayside which was beautiful but driving to beach challenging on this island due to limited beach parking. Need to get to beach early and plan to stay - especially in busy seasons. Kitchen very well stocked and especially LOVED the stand alone built in ice maker in kitchen! Main floor king bedroom needs a dresser (minor suggestion). Fantastic home for the price!

Lives up to its reviews!

There were 8 adults who stayed very comfortably in this beautiful space, all with a separate bedroom and bathroom, which was perfect. The house is truly beautifully done; the finishes are top notch, the space so thoughtful. Lots of balconies, the pool area was perfect and everything was so well stocked. This was our first stay on Anna Maria, and I was so grateful we had garage parking - did not realize how important that was. I highly, highly recommend. Management incredibly responsive.

Beautiful Oasis!

This house is beautiful and has everything you could possibly imagine needing while on vacation. Loved everything about this house from the decor to the cleanliness, to the rooftop views, to the outstanding backyard! The covered outside lounge area was perfect when it was hot or raining and you were still able to enjoy the outside. The mini golf was a nice touch! A very nice place to stay while visiting Anna Maria Island. We will be back!!!

Stunning Home!

The home and grounds are absolutely gorgeous! We had everything we needed. We spent time on the roof each evening watching the sunset, and mornings and a night or two on the balcony. The putting green was a favorite of several people. It was nice TipSea Turtle provided golf balls and putters, but these golfers also brought their own! The pool and hot tub were also favorites. We started looking for our next VRBO rental, but found NOTHING TO COMPARE with the TipSea Turtle! Oh….and the elevator was awesome when moving our things in and out!!

Wonderful new house

I believe this house was just recently constructed, so everything was generally new. The house was well furnished and properly stocked. We booked the house for a long weekend vacation for our family of five (3 adult kids). Bedrooms were fine, with nice bathrooms in each. Elevator is great… although we could not figure out how to turn the light on in the elevator. The pool/spa and outdoor living area are absolutely superb. Great for hanging out all day and night. The crows nest provides a wonderful view of both sunrises and sunsets. If I was to be really picky, it would be nice to have a refrigerator in the downstairs open living area - even if it is a mini fridge. Also, there is no bathroom on the ground level. So, all restroom breaks from the pool require going up to second floor. Not a big deal, just would have been nice to have one next to pool. While this house is only a block off the beach, there is not a nearby beach access. We knew that and rented a golf cart to get around the town and to the beaches. I highly recommend getting a golf cart if you stay at this house. It makes getting around the island and parking much easier. Great house - highly recommended and good value for rental rate.
