  • Welkom in Anna Maria Island '' paradijs zonder houding ''. Onze onlangs gerenoveerde begane grond bevindt zich in het dorp Anna Maria in een rustige woonstraat, op korte loopafstand van het suikerwitte zandstrand. Gratis trolley stop, winkelen, een verscheidenheid aan restaurants, beide vispieren, het eiland gemeenschapscentrum liggen allemaal op loopafstand.
    Veel lokale concerten, festivals, kunst- en ambachtshows en vuurwerk, afhankelijk van het seizoen van uw bezoek.
    Met Bradenton, Sarasota en Tampa zo dichtbij kun je zo druk zijn als je wilt met eindeloze activiteiten of rustig het prachtige strand wandelen, kijken naar de dolfijnen zwemmen terwijl je wacht op de spectaculaire zonsondergang.
    We hebben wifi-internet, onbeperkt bellen over lange afstand in de VS en Canada. Betegelde vloeren en prachtige gescreende Lanai. Omheind in grote tuin met terras en zal goed opgevoede huisdieren overwegen.
    Onze tarieven zijn gebaseerd op dubbele bezetting, maar wij brengen geen kosten in rekening voor kinderen.

Host and property were amazing: prompt communication, clean cottage, well stocked with kitchen essentials, towels, bbq, comfortable beds, enclosed backyard for pets, decorated very cute with an ocean theme, lots of space and two blocks from the beach. Impressive!

My girlfriend and I travel quite often together and frequent vacation rentals. This is our new favorite. The home is so charming, wonderfully outfitted with everything we could possibly need, and the location gave us quick access to both bay side and ocean side beaches. The host's attention to details, with all needed information posted on the refrigerator, along with local restaurant menus and takeout options, great wifi, travel-sized necessities in the adorable bathroom, super soft sheets and towels, washer/dryer, and gas grill out back in the fenced-in yard. We are already planning a fall return and recommended the property to a friend visiting the area very soon.

The cottage is ideally located 3 blocks from the best beach in AMI. It has everything you need for a relaxing stay - all beach accessories, comfortable beds, stacked kitchen, etc. Communication with the host is easy and quick. The cottage is not new by any means, but that's part of the charm!

Cottage was cute clean and 2 blocks to the amazing beach! Its in a perfect location with great dining and ice cream within walking distance. Check in was seamless. Its not the first time we've stayed here and look forward to returning!

What a great cottage. My wife and I have stayed in multiple rentals from the mountains to the beaches and I have never stayed anywhere where we never needed anything. Such a a fantastically stocked rental. On top of that it was spotless and as my wife says "so beachy and tropical. We will definitely be back.

Wish I could give more than 5 stars! The owner was so great to work with and the cottage was perfect! A short walk to the beach and all the restaurants. We flew in and did not have a car, the cottage was equipped with everything we needed for a beach weekend, towels and chairs and coolers so it was perfect! We enjoyed the screened in back porch and the comfy recliners in the living room. Thanks!

Well-equipped cottage with everything we needed for a quick beach vacation. Easy walk to the beach and many shops and restaurants. Water pressure in shower was rather weak but not terrible. Cindy left us with coffee and was very responsive. Would stay again.

Quaint. Very comfortable and charming. Large back area with Weber grill. Location is great for the North Island. Easy walking distance to beach, food, drinks, shopping, a morning coffee. Trolley stops nearby.

This cottage is easy walking distance to the Gulf, the bay, and restaurants. The space is well-organized and equipped We especially enjoyed sitting on the small back porch. The beds are extremely comfortable. Cindy is quick to respond to questions. We have recommended the cottage to friends in the Sarasota area and would happily return.

Perfect location, close to pretty much everything. 2 blocks to the closest beach access or 5-minute drive to Bean point beach access (our favorite beach to chase sunset). Everything is beautifully decorated and we love the backyard. This house has everything we need. We felt like home while we were here. Cindy was responsive and accommodating. We love Anna Maria and have been here multiple times and this is our best stay. We will definitely stay here again.

This is a darling property. We have rented 3 single family homes, with pools, thru the years in Anna Maria Island. This time we traveled with no extra relatives, but still wanted to bring our small dog. The backyard is very big with a tall, tight to the ground fence. The best location on the North End of the Island. Close to the beach, The Porch Restaurant, The Waterfront Restaurant and various shops and Pine Ave. À great price to stay in a pristine, comfortable home. Good mattresses and new living room furniture.
