« The lady when we checked in was so friendly, helpful, and nice. She recommended the restaurant at the hotel and it was a good meal, we slay had an issue with the t.v. remote & she dealt with it right away. It's been a long time since we've had such a good waitress. This is customer service at its best. »

« Great location to the wineries on Seneca! »

« Confortable beds, good breakfast options, shower and bathroom floor could have been cleaner. »

We had to ask at the desk for towels and supplies, but the promised room service never...

« Vraiment jolie »

« Tout était ok. Bel hôtel. Brand new hotel. All was good! »

« Staff was nice but place needs an upkeep and to inform guests. Bar area and restaurant were closed to renovations. Never saw anyone working and we were not notified prior to. »
