'The hotel is very run down, the room we were allocated had curtains that were hanging of the rail, this was changed to a smaller room once I complained but then had no hand towels. The following morning the cleaners left one hand towel but did not clean or make the bed/ wash the cups, Tea/coffee was provided in the room but only small cups, a mug would have been better, Breakfast was not the best, my husband’s was cold toast with scrambled egg and we were served a half cup of coffee. 'Oddly unwelcoming guest, mocked me for using Expedia upon entry to the property. Laughed about me essentially getting scammed for using Expedia and instructed me that I wouldn't be having breakfast instead of offering it to me. Tiny bathroom with a tiny shower. Instructed that you are forbidden from bringing food in to your room. Upstairs room had TV on full volume until 3am (it has been possible to restrict certain volume levels on TVs for over 20 years to prevent this issue). Poor parking at...
