ROSE Vacances offers you this sumptuous apartment located on Place Molière, in the vibrant heart of Angers. Haussmann-style residence on the 2nd floor with lift offering breathtaking views over the Maine.

The accommodation consists of:

Bright living room with comfortable convertible double sofa, a trundle bed offering 2 additional beds, a large table and chairs with refined, trendy and warm decoration.

Equipped open kitchen: kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, coffee maker (SENSEO) opening onto a vast light-filled dining room.

Independent bedroom: with quality double bed, guaranteeing optimal rest.

Separate bathroom and WC.



Paid parking on nearby streets and paid car park 20 metres away.



Location:

Opposite the tram stop "Molière".

Ideal location to discover Angers on foot: shops, restaurants and transport nearby (BUS/TRAM).
