Riviera Restaurant and lakefront amenities are just steps away. You’ll be just steps from the water’s edge at Josephine Lake, with several parks and the ferry to Steilacoom just minutes away.

At the home itself, let stress melt away each morning with a quiet cup of coffee on the deck while the kids play on the swing set. Inside, you’ll find an open, sun-filled space with modern furniture, clean lines, vaulted, pine-paneled ceilings, hardwood floors, and space to unclutter your mind from the everyday and reconnect with friends.

The chef will love the sleek kitchen, with stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space, and the round window-front table offers a picturesque spot for a meal, or you can step outside and dine alfresco. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
