Amazing Rental!

We had a wonderful stay! Sari was always very responsive and very accommodating to whenever we had questions. We had 8 adults ranging from age 20-48, and three children ages 3,3, and 6
 and we definitely all had plenty of personal space. This house has anything and everything you could possibly need: Linens, towels, beach towels Toilet paper (no need to bring your own) Shampoo, Conditioner, Body wash, Hand soapAll Laundry supplies Kitchen has EVERYTHING, even coffee podsStep stool in the laundry room if you need to get into your cargo carrier Plenty of fans and extra blankets, even though the house stayed perfectly regulated with the temp we set Board games/Life jackets Everything was spotless and perfectly thought out. Outdoor patio was perfect for our family board game each night. *I would like to see added to the listing that the driveway is a hill with two S curves. We could not get our boat trailer up to the house after docking the boat. That was a minor detail and we stored it elsewhere after seeing the driveway, and it definitely would not hamper us staying there again. I would highly recommend Sari’s house to anyone needing a place to stay. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here!

Fantastic family reunion

The house was perfect for our family reunion from grandparents to as young as 9 years old. The home was very clean and had everything we needed to cook and grill for our family while we enjoyed our days boating on the lake. We had a great time and my parents loved having the whole family together. Highly recommend!

Perfect getaway

Family Gathering

This house is amazing. The kitchen is well stocked with many extras. The kitchen is large and easy. There are many rooms in which to gather, and our group loved that. The back porch is big and inviting. We loved the old farm table. The bathrooms are new, with lots of high quality towels and other extras. Highly recommend!!!

Overall it was a great visit. The bedroom on the main level was very cold, and the heater in the closet did not work. We had to buy a small heater because a 7 month old baby was sleeping in that room with the parents and it was freezing, The master bedroom was hot!

A wonderful getaway

This was a great alternate to my groups original plans to visit WNC which were unexpectedly changed by Helene. We had a great time on the property as well as visiting Greenville. The endless amenities kept us entertained throughout our stay and we grew closer as friends. Truly an amazing property.

A great family fun house

This house is set up for family fun. We loved the basement with all the gaming , the air hockey table, mini pool table , and arcade games. There is a basketball goal out back and a hot tub we all enjoyed. The dock is great for swimming and fishing . We rented a boat nearby and enjoyed the beauty of the lake. The house is updated , clean , and well stocked. We will be back !

Fun family weekend

I truly can not say enough good and wonderful things about this trip!!! We were truly astonished at how beautiful the house is. The master bedroom is truly something to behold. Incredibly clean, well-stocked and communicative and flexible with us as guests—I can not recommend highly enough! House was large enough for seventeen of us to stay comfortably including four small kids.

Memorable family get together

Wow! The home, property, dock and lake were incredible! Our family of 14 had our best ever annual family gathering. It was a Perfect four night stay. It was unanimous, we all want to come back next summer. Owner is friendly and goes out of his way to make sure everything is great and makes you feel like it is your home for your stay! Travis the maintenance fellow is likewise awesome. We thought we had a problem night one with the frig and he was ready to replace it. We told him, we will wait until morning and see if it was just our loading it up—it was. No problems after it caught up. Couldn’t recommend this place any higher.

Everything we were looking for

Fantastic property in a quiet area yet still close enough to downtown. Kids had an excellent time on the dock, in the swing, and on the kayaks exploring. Rented boats a couple days via Boatsetter and went tubing down the Saluda River. Downstairs kept the kids occupied while the adults enjoyed drinks upstairs. Really couldn't ask for more...a great multi-family summer vacation!

Birthday Weekend

We had a fantastic Birthday weekend / men’s group retreat at this beautiful 5-acre lakefront private retreat. The house was perfect for our group of 6, with spacious accommodations and a well-equipped kitchen that made meal preparation easy. The primary suite on the top floor was huge, and the lower level offered endless entertainment with the game room, including arcade games, foosball, air hockey, bumper pool, and board games. We enjoyed the hot tub, kayaks, and we brought our SeaDoo to the private dock. The secluded setting was ideal for relaxation. We saw many Herons in the private cove. Overall, this retreat exceeded our expectations. It’s well-maintained, beautifully renovated, and offers all the comforts of home in a stunning lakefront setting. Highly recommended for any group looking for a perfect getaway. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!
