This beautiful spacious house, bright and comfortable 141m2 in the shade of oaks, will offer everything you expect for a pleasant stay!
Located near bike paths, shops, restaurants, the port and Andernos beach, not to mention the beautiful coastal path that will surprise you!
Here is a small tour of the places: in rez of garden, a living room of 40m2 overlooking a fully equipped kitchen of 15m2 (+ 1 Cellar with washing machine), direct exit on the terrace and the garden.
1 bedroom with a large bed, dressing room and en-suite bathroom.
1 WC + hand wash (separate).
On the floor (empty on stay): the mezzanine of 20m2 will give you a plunging view on the garden and its superb oaks as well as on the room of life. This cozy corner is equipped with a couch, a TV and a library.
2 bedrooms of 12m2 each with a large bed.
1 bathroom (WC) and a cupboard.
The equipment available:
Garden side: garden furniture, table and chairs, deckchairs, barbecue / gas plancha.
Living room: 2 large sofas, coffee tables, mini stereo. 1 large table, 2 benches and 2 comfortable stools.
Kitchen: oven, microwave, coffee maker + Nespresso, toaster, kettle, dishwasher. Fridge.
Bathroom: hair dryer
Iron.
Computer available, free WIFI.
Linens provided (except beach towels).
Sheets provided (beds made on your arrival).
Parking: 2/3 cars
Cleaning in Sup = 60 Euros
A check deposit of 1500 € (not cashed) will be requested upon arrival.
