Had a really nice stay! Very clean, quite comfortable and well connected to everything. Staff at Sonesta were the best I have encountered in a long time. Very nice and professional. Thank you!

While staying at this hotel my wife and I started to smell fumes in our hotel room and one we contacted the Front desk they said "oh, it's from our laundry room below you and it's not harmful." But if it smells like gas, it's probably harmful. They just comp our parking and move us to a different rooms, but the front desk manager was extremely rude and mean to my wife. If your hotel smells like gas, that is something your customers should know when you move them into a room that smells like gas.

Very clean, commutable distance to Disney, Anaheim Angels stadium, outlets, everything! For the location I would recommend this hotel. Convenient and the best I’ve stayed at so far!

Front desk was very welcoming and happy, greeted our family with cheer and smiles and even gave my little girls coloring books and colors in addition to a birthday bag! Definitely brought smiles to my kids faces, even made us shed a tear of happiness. Rooms were so pretty and updated, there was so much room for our family of 4 to enjoy. The pool and jacuzzi was the cherry on top

Overall nice place rooms are older but decent for the price. The pool was freezing no jets working in the pool so it was dirty. The hot tub was kinda green color. Let them know and it was better next day. The shuttle was nice and not all 3 nights at the park had to wait 50 to 60 min was not impressed not hotels fault just worth the mention. As we stayed based of shuttle

We really enjoyed our stay. Very nice staff, you can tell it's maintained. I think the rooms are nice and provide you with what you need. The only thing i would change is the quality of the bath/shower. You can see it's a little out of date, probably clean but doesnt really show as it's old

The staff in every department was amazing. So welcoming and immediately ready to help with anything. The Art bus to and from Disneyland was so convenient which made it perfect when traveling with kids. The rooms were just as we expected and so nice they made sure all of our three room were together. My only complaint if I had to make one was we wish the restaurant was open more often. Our family of 10 will definitely be back to stay at the Sonesta on our next trip.

Supposed to be a staff on site 24 hours called for 40 minutes and then waited for 20 minutes downstairs man in the back came out Rome his eyes like he just woke up and gave me a plunger to fix a plug toilet. Couldn’t find my booking experience, specially, being that I spent so much money very unhappy.

When we arrived to our room one of the beds was not done, the toilet was not flushing correctly; we had to wait a a couple times for the water to fill in order to flush, the metal cover for our AC vent was off, and we had no hot water in our shower.

Additional $30 daily fee for parking is outrageous especially when there’s security and signs that are posted around stating the property is not responsible for theft to any vehicle-then what’s the purpose of the parking fees? The amount we pay for renting for a couple days and they still want to charge $7 for a water bottle? My husband found an empty alcohol bottle under the mattress and the shower valve/faucet is backwards (cold is hot and hot is cold) the vent does not work in the bathroom. Breakfast was not complimentary. I like how the kids bedroom was separate from the master bed, the bed was comfortable.

Room was not clean, tiles were broken in the shower. There was writing all underneath the children's bunk bed with certain foul language and the children's bunk beds both had stains and food crumbs on the bed. Not what we expected traveling as a family. I will give props to the Front Desk staff because they were really nice and helpful, but I do not see myself returning to this property.

Great hotel, comfortable beds, Room service only upon request, fridge, microwave and coffee maker in the room! Very close to convention center and Disneyland. Clean and lovely pool area. Downside: right next to highway, therefore not very quiet.
