Pool and hot tub are not permanently heated at all times. Host can turn on pool or hot tub at anytime (can have the hot tub ready for when you get back home after a long day!). Please ask host any questions about pool and hot tub heating.

There is no charge to heat hot tub, any temp.

Pool heating Summer rates (June-September):
Pool heating is free up to 80° degrees.
81°-85° $30 day.
85°-90° $50 day.
90°+ $70 day.

Pool heating Winter rates (October - May):
Up to 80° degrees $30 day.
81°-85° $50 day.
85°-90° $70 day.
90°+ $100 day.

Pool and hot tub are in view of security cameras. Host is the only one with access to cameras.
