Superb ... but expansive
Rooms have been refreshed since my last stay who was really bad ... Today the Room are just great, hotel services are fine except breakfast waiter employees. A high End service means efficiency with skills and discretion ... but most probably wages accordingly !!!

Personnel à la réception n’avait pas l’air de vouloir travailler. 4 personnes qui me passaient de l’un à l’autre pour mon check in. Chambre aux norme bien que petite pour un Sheraton. Bien placé pour une nuit à l’aéroport mais beaucoup trop cher pour ce que c’est.

Hotel tres pratique a proximité immediate de l'aéroport d'Amsterdam. Chambre standard a ce type d'établissement, propre est fonctionnel. Seul regret le frigo du minibar est vide.

Parfait mais plus d'accès direct couvert aéroport
Parfait pour une longue correspondance à Schiphol. Malheureusement la réception ne se fait plus au premier étage et cela nous oblige à sortir dehors (et il pleuvait). L'accès est donc moins pratique.

A bit pricey, but ultra-convenient to the airport (connected interior walkway). We didn't use the hotel's restaurants/bar, but there are tons of options right inside the airport (which is also a busy train station, with quick/east access to Amsterdam Centraal). We stayed two nights and commuted into Amsterdam...cheaper and better than a cramped/expensive room in the historic part of the city. I would definitely recommend

LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION!! This hotel has a fantastic location being attached to Schipol airport. Very convenient for shopping and dining at Schipol airport plaza. Very convenient for getting a train anywhere. Also convenient if you want to take Kukenhof Express bus to the tulip gardens but it is a LONG walk from the airport. The room attendant was average. After being on a cruise where the stateroom attendants were beyond excellent, it was hard to get used to the housekeeping staff at a hotel. It’s not just this hotel but others too. They left my dirty mugs and glasses in the room without replacing them. They did not replenish tea bags that I had used, for example. But overall, it was a good stay.

This is a great hotel to stay at if you have a flight the next day or need to catch a train. And the staff is usually very good.

It is literally at the airport and it is perfect for people who need to stay overnight and leave Amsterdam early in the morning. Rooms are spacious with a nice view of the runways and terminals. They have multiple restaurants with nice food as well.

Overall, you pay for being close to the airport. Room was good size and bathroom was nice, but the bathroom door squeeked so loudly it woke up my spouse each time I needed to use it at night.

We usually stay here the night before a flight and it never disappoints. Friendly reception, nice lounge, clean room and comfortable beds and quiet. Maybe pricey but well worth it for not having to battle the traffic the day of flying!

Response time at the gate when arriving by a hotel approved taxi was dreadful. Driver rang more than 5 times, then resorted to dialing the number listed at the gate with no response. Female guest riding in the taxi had to get out, enter the hotel find reception on the 2nd floor (no one available on the 1st floor), wait in line at reception to finally get someone to open the gate for the taxi, then go back down to the 1st floor to retrieve luggage. No trolleys or bell hop available to assist. This morning, we waited on the phone for at least 10 minutes to find out the check out time (our flight was delayed) before anyone answered the phone. No info in room or easily available on hotel app. For the exorbitant room rate and restaurant rates charged at this hotel, surely someone could be hired to answer the phone in a timely manner or to use technology to provide timely back up when phones are ringing. Not a satisfied customer!!!!!
