Déçue !
Très déçu du séjour. Ca ne vaut PAS DU TOUT un hotel 4 etoiles Point négatifs : - La chambre est tres tres froide. La premiere nuit j'ai dû descendre à la réception 5 FOIS ! Pour qu'il régle le problèmes et rien n'a ete fait ! Le lendemain j'ai dû descendre 2 fois pour regler ce probleme ! - La chambre est hyper petite. Il n'y a aucune intimité. La douche est transparente. La personne qui est avec toi te voit faire la douche à travers la vitre. - Aucune separation entre la chambre et la salle de bain - Pas de clé pour verouiller les toilettes ou la douche - Peu d'employé - restaurant nul - Pas de bagagiste - Aucun restaurant à proximité de l'hôtel sauf starbuck - Parking 50€/j POINT POSITIF : - Bien placé : Prés du centre - Belle vue de la chambre

Dear Lobna, Thank you for your review. All reviews are equally important to us to make sure we continuously improve our services. I am sorry we let you down and I do apologize for the inconveniences. All our rooms have a manual climate control to increase or decrease the temperature if you wish. Unfortunately, the style of the rooms I cannot change, I am sorry this is not to your liking. Our standard rooms however are approx. 20m2. The hotel parking is not owned or managed by the hotel and we have no control over the price they are asking. The a/c didn't work unfortunately, but room had a great view. it never got below 20 Celsius although thermostat was set to 16 Celsius. But check in was easy and staff were very kind.

Great area to stay, super convenient to get around, tram trains are within one block. All the staffs are amazing, very helpful and friendly. I have to shout out especially to Pedra and Judit at the front desk. I encounter some issues during the stay and they resolved it professionally, easy to communicate, very patient. leaving me with great experience during my first visit in Amsterdam. I will share to everyone and will definitely come back to this hotel again. Thank you!

Good location, nice rooms. Small quaint hotel enjoyed our stay if I had any negatives my Only fault as a guest is you can’t buy any hot drinks after the restaurant closes I asked at 10.35 and they couldn’t accommodate that at all but you can still buy food to go till11pm so didn’t really make sense to me. And starting breakfast later on Sundays was a disappointment as we had to leave by 7.15am for our flight and with kids was difficult with no breakfast. Tourist tax here is the most I’ve paid on my travels so far.

Great location near the metro and Albert hein, incredibly friendly staff, free juices in our room were some of the highlights of this stay. Amazing shower and bed. No microwave. Very grateful we could keep our luggage there for a few hours after checking out

This hotel is awesome, I cannot list a single fault! My partner was going to arrive before me, so I messaged the hotel to give her name and ask if she can check us in, Promptly I got told yes and when my flight arrived she had and no issues. The breakfast buffet is awesome, food was great and fresh, the workers busy clearing and cleaning tables so no wait to sit down. Room was clean and a complimentary mini bar fully stocked with soft drinks, juice and beer.

Amsterdam Marathon Stay
Used the Hotel as a base for Amsterdam Marathon. Really close to transport links, the expo and race start which made it the perfect place. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the hotel was comfortable, clean & modern. Tapas from the Bar menu was excellent and breakfast more than adequate. Late checkout post marathon (5pm) for €25 was a bonus and allowed time for rest and recuperation before heading back to the airport for the flight home. Recommended if you are doing the marathon
