We’ve created a home in the peaceful Eucaliptus neighborhood where you can enjoy an experience that connects you with nature, the sea, and the Ebro Delta.<br><br>Taking a boat ride, going on a bike tour, birdwatching, or discovering the region’s rich cuisine are just a few of the activities you can enjoy.<br>The space<br>This is a fully equipped two-bedroom apartment located in the heart of the Ebro Delta, in the Eucaliptus residential complex.<br><br>Upon entering, you’ll find a living-dining room and an open-concept kitchen. It has one double bedroom with a ceiling fan and another bedroom with up to three beds. There’s also a sofa bed, so the apartment can sleep up to 7 people.<br><br>As for the outdoor areas, the community space—which includes a garden, pool, and playground—is a highlight.<br><br>Our goal is to make sure you have everything you need, so you’ll find:<br>* A fully equipped kitchen. In addition to plates, glasses, silverware, and cleaning supplies, it includes a toaster, coffee maker, and hand blender, among other items.<br>* Towels and bedding.<br>* Free Wi-Fi.<br>* Smart TV.<br>* Hair dryer.<br>* Crib/playpen and travel high chair available for babies.<br>* Information about the area.<br>* Magazines, books, CDs, and DVDs.<br>* A small first-aid kit that we hope you won’t have to use.<br>Amenities and Common Areas<br>The apartment complex has a common area enclosed from the street, featuring a playground with artificial turf, a large landscaped area, and a concrete sunbathing area where you can relax after a swim in the large pool.<br><br>Nearby, you’ll find:<br>- Beach 100 meters away.<br>- Public park with playground equipment, soccer goals, and basketball hoops 100 meters away.<br>- Supermarket 500 meters away.<br>- Bike rental 500 meters away.<br>Other highlights<br>Check-in and check-out times are flexible.
