« Most of the charging ports and some of the electrical outlets did not work. Accessible room has a very heavy door. They also closed all the fire doors…extremely heavy… for fire inspection, without bothering to let patrons in accessible rooms know and providing a way to get assistance. This left me, as a wheelchair user, in a very dangerous position, and caused pain attempting to get through that fire door. Although I have stayed there multiple times, I will not again. »

« My room was on top the entrance and there was a lot of noises at night that keep awake. »

« Staff made this a very terrible experience. Niece was attacked and beat-up by her MOM, then kicked out the house. I Purchased a safe place for her to stay and hotel staff cancelled the room reservation, instead of calling me directly, to inquire further. I am also requesting a full-refund. I also would like to share visual evidence & a cell phone video of that fight incident. »

« The room was very nasry and dirty upon arrival. And half the lights in the room didnt work.The pillows were very dirty, black hair on the towels and blankets, sheets had lipstick marks, and dirt on them. The toilet was very nasty when asked about moving rooms they put us into a king when i booked a double queen, i then asked for a clean room that was a double queen and they put us on the 3rd floor which was under construction with a mess as soon as u get out of the elevator.
