'The hotel was very pleasant. It was run by friendly Indian personel. The rooms were fantastic and luxurious with good airco and the Indian food we ordered was delicious. We alle enjoyed the large swimmingpool and garden. It was a 10 minute walk to the beach. (no shadow) Although it was very hot beginning august we could walk to the beach early in the morning. Then again Muscat does not have an entertainment area of bars, discos, restaurants like other countries. Thus with the exception of the mall hotels few to nothing is walkable. 'Well all reviews mention poor condition, but you should declare your most sincere experience for what you are paying and what you expect. I have stayed many 5* hotels but this furnished 2BHK apartment is excellent value for money, clean, good wifi, room service, clean toilets close proximity to shopping malls, restaurants surrounding etc. people should be realistic for what they pay &what they expect rather criticize otherwise.
