« Very nice house with new kitchen and bathrooms. Complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch. We were surprised to find no body wash or shampoo and conditioner in bathrooms. All our experiences with VRBO rentals include these products. A step down from living room to dining room was hard to see. We suggest some type of marking on the step. « Check was not easy - door code didn’t work after several attempts so called the number listed. They had to call me back after checking with someone else. A/C filters were filled with months of dirt and filthy. In the middle of a heat wave they should be one of the first item’s cleaned. Could have used blinds/curtains in the smaller bedroom as houses very close and street lights shine in. Also in the front room/dining room as this was south facing and sun was glaring in. « Lawrence was great! The place was very clean, new, and fully stocked. Ample room in the yard for dinners, campfires, etc. Super close walking distance to the beach! »
