'No service offered at all. People are not friendly, pool is ugly. Had to debate at hotel lobby to get our room cleaned. In standard they only do it after your trip. Disappointed experience '

'The Lodge and staff were great. All the rooms were updated and bathrooms redone. B-fast was off a menu and not buffet. Friendly service, perfect beach location.'

'Everything about the Hoyt House is exceptional.. it is located in the heart of the old town, within walking distance of some great restaurants and shopping. The staff is attentive without being obstrusive. Lindy and David, the owners, are warm and welcoming and they are you will want to be your newest best friends.'

'Everything was lovely except the cigarette smokers somewhere near our condo made sitting on the patio difficult and cigarette smoke coming into the bedroom. I would definitely make this a smoke free property. '

'Everything was great. Just some things I didn't like was the swimming pool is very small and only is 4.5 feet deep. With teenagers that is like a kiddie pool. Elevators are slow, hot and take too lonĝ to open once stopped. Breakfast was ok.But the motel was clean, staff friendly and walking distance to beach.'
