There is a grassy area right out the front and back sliders. This is definitely the unit in Captain’s Court you want to stay in if you love the beach and ocean :)'

'Was a beautiful week at the condo with an amazing view and pool. The kids loved the size of the pool allowing enough room for kids and adults alike to enjoy. The beach was less than 100 yards and easy access to and from the condo. Our flights schedules got tweaked and they accommodated our schedules - amazing quick communication. Restaurants we had to drive too for most part but great grocery store as well down the road with great deals. We look forward to going back .... '

'Very nice two bedroom condo, couple blocks from the beach, a lot of good restaurants close by. The only thing is we were on the third floor and no elevator. Good exercise '
